All services provided “AS IS” per Indian IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023, and global standards.

    This website (https://limogreen.in) and all Limo Green services(EV rides, charging infrastructure, Elite Pilot operations, EV Chauffeur, DOCO franchises) are operated by Limo Green Mobility Private Limited (“Limo Green”, “We”, “Us”), a Mumbai-based premium EV mobility company.

    Limo Green delivers world-class EV rides, charging networks (200+ stations), and franchise opportunities. Rare service deficiencies qualify for refunds per this Policy.

Definitions

  1. “Business Days”– Monday-Friday, excluding Indian public holidays/bank holidays
  2. “Customer”– Individual or corporate availing rides, charging, Pilot services, or franchises
  3. “Date of Transaction”– Invoice date for rides, charging sessions, franchise deposits
  4. “Services”– EV rides, charging, EV Chauffeur, Pilot Dashboard, DOCO franchises

Refunds Rules by Service Vertical

  1. EV Rides & EV Chauffeur

Refund Window: 24 hours before pickup

Full refund: Pilot no-show, vehicle breakdown

Partial (50%): Customer cancellation <2 hours

No refund: Ride completed / late cancellation

  1. EV Charging Sessions

Refund Window: 24 hours post-session

Eligible: Charger malfunction, incorrect billing

Proof required: Session ID, meter readings

No refund: Completed sessions, no-show Pilot

  1. Elite Pilot Onboarding

Refund Window: 48 hours post-KYC submission

Full refund: KYC rejection (document issues)

No refund: Pilot activated, vehicles assigned

  1. DOCO Franchise Investments

Refund Window: Post-installation deficiency only

Eligible: Charger uptime <90%, revenue <guarantee

No refund: Investment decisions, market conditions

Process: Technical audit required

Refund Process

  1. Submit Request:Email refunds@limogreen.in with:
    • Booking/Session ID
    • Original payment proof
    • Issue description + photos (if applicable)
  2. Verification:24 hours (ride/charging), 7 days (franchise)
  3. Processing:4-7 Business Days to original payment method
  4. Confirmation:SMS + email with transaction ID

Exemptions & Non-Refundable Items

Automatic Refusal:

  1. A) Wrong service booked (₹15L Fast vs ₹1Cr Premium)
  2. B) Free services (Pilot app download, station locator)
  3. C) Expired refund window (>24 hours)
  4. D) Completed services (ride finished, charger used)

Franchise Specific:

  1. A) Installation costs (₹15L+ hardware)
  2. B) Site preparation (foundation, electrical)
  3. C) Marketing commitments
  4. D) Market/business decision changes

Response Time

  1. Verification:24 hours (rides/charging), 7 days (franchise disputes)
  2. Processing:4-7 Business Days post-approval
  3. Bank Delays:Razorpay/UPI processing (1-3 extra days possible)

Limo Green not liable for third-party payment delays.

  3. Fraudulent claims
